These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website neurotrack.tech and its language versions (ua.neurotrack.tech, neurotrack.uk, neurotrack.es, neurotrack.pl, neurotrack.pt) (together, the “Website”), operated by Neurotrack (“Neurotrack”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Neurotrack

Neurotrack develops custom artificial-intelligence solutions for business, including AI agents, chatbots, voice assistants, document workflow automation, call-centre automation and related consulting and development services (the “Services”). The Website provides information about the Services and allows you to contact us to request a consultation, proposal or estimate.

Contact details: Neurotrack, Carrer de Salamanca 46, Oficina 4, Valencia, Spain; email [email protected].

2. Information on the Website

The content of the Website (descriptions of Services, case studies, articles, prices and timelines, where shown) is provided for general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer. Any Services are provided solely under a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work or service contract) concluded between you and Neurotrack, and in case of conflict that agreement prevails over these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Website at any time without notice.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems or data;
  • introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
  • scrape, crawl, copy or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means without our prior written permission, except as permitted by search engines under standard robots directives;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms;
  • use the Website to send unsolicited communications (spam) or to infringe the rights of any third party;
  • reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Website content without our written consent.

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. Enquiries and communications

When you submit a form, request a call or otherwise contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. We will use your information to respond to your enquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship and does not oblige Neurotrack to provide any Services.

Any ideas, feedback or suggestions you send us about the Website or our Services may be used by us without restriction or compensation, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and all its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design, software and the “Neurotrack” name and logo — are owned by or licensed to Neurotrack and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your personal or internal business use, provided you keep all copyright notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the Website (including in case studies) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) and embedded third-party content. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third parties. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurotrack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neurotrack and its officers, employees, contractors and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from the use of the Website shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability in connection with the Services is governed exclusively by the relevant service agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neurotrack from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability and entire agreement
